1. Services

Skyline Detailing provides professional mobile car, boat and RV detailing services throughout Toronto, Etobicoke, Oakville, Hamilton and surrounding areas.

Services include interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, oxidation removal and maintenance detailing.

All services are performed at the customer’s provided location unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Booking & Payments

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by direct communication.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and e-transfer.

Deposits may be required for paint correction, ceramic coating or large marine/RV services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Weather-related rescheduling may occur at Skyline Detailing’s discretion for safety and quality purposes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide access to the vehicle
• Remove personal belongings prior to service
• Ensure safe working space (driveway, marina access, parking area)
• Provide power/water access if required (unless previously arranged)

Skyline Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

5. Pre-Existing Damage

Skyline Detailing is not liable for:

• Pre-existing paint damage
• Clear coat failure
• Rust
• Oxidized or deteriorated surfaces
• Loose trim or interior components

Customers will be informed of any visible pre-existing damage before service begins.

6. Satisfaction Policy

We aim to deliver professional, high-quality results. Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Skyline Detailing shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
